Many provinces/states permit fisherman to purchase a boat in this state. This version is of particular interest to the DIY who want to build their own boat. This permits them to have a LeBlanc time tested hull to create their own personalized boat. If the boat is to be used recreationally, other standards, such as flotation, have to be met.
